AI Skill Passport Verification:
Every Gigger on bidToGig builds an AI Skill Passport — a cryptographically-verified digital credential displaying identity verification, government-issued photo ID, live selfie, equipment registry, and past milestone performance. Posters can hire with full confidence knowing they're working with a real, verified professional whose exact tools and skills match the task.
CAD Escrow Vault:
Every gig is funded through our secure CAD Escrow Vault powered by Stripe. Once a Poster accepts a match, the agreed funds (task price + nominal AI scoping fee < CAD $3) are locked — neither party can access them until task completion is verified.
AI Milestone Photo Verification:
After task completion, Giggers submit before/after milestone photos. Our AI engine analyzes photo evidence for accuracy and scope completeness before triggering escrow release — eliminating disputes from unclear deliverables.
AI Dispute Arbiter:
If disagreements arise, our AI Dispute Arbiter objectively reviews the original AI scope sheet, milestone photos, and communication records to propose fair, evidence-based settlement resolutions in minutes.
Fair Cancellation Framework:
If a gig falls apart after assignment, our Cancellation Policy ensures the responsible party bears a 14% cancellation fee — not the innocent one. This discourages careless cancellations and compensates the affected party.
OPEN AND HONEST: THIRD-PARTY INSURANCE
We want to be upfront with you: bidToGig is a growing marketplace and we do not currently carry third-party liability insurance for Giggers or Posters. This is firmly on our roadmap.
What this means for you right now:
- Giggers should ensure they have any personal liability or professional insurance appropriate to their trade, particularly for tasks involving property access, vehicles, or manual labour. - For all gigs, bidToGig's CAD Escrow Vault, AI photo verification, and AI Dispute Arbiter ensure your funds and deliverables are protected.
